(1) Travel fundings for students with special needs are available under request. Applicants should write to the School Secretariat for more information and application will be reviewed.
(2) Membership in SMAI or SeMA will be verified directly with the society, and no additional documentation will be required.
(3) The accompanying person is entitled to social event, coffee breaks between sessions in the campus, and social banquet.
The number of places in the Amphithéater is limited to 50. If the number of applications is larger, priority will be given to earlier confirmed registrations.
Fee includes access to courses, and keynote lectures, documentation, as well as the poster session, social event, and coffee breaks between sessions in the campus, and social banquet.
Registered participants are also invited to submit a poster describing their research activity. A poster session is included as part of the schedule to exhibit these contributions.

No refund – Within 90 days
Requests for refunds within 90 days prior to the start of the conference will not be eligible for a refund. The cancellation fee will be 100% of the registration fee.
