How to take part

To participate in EHF2026, it is only necessary to register. If you would also like to present a poster, you can do so by sending a brief abstract to the following email: ehf-jll-2026@sciencesconf.org

The abstracts must be written using the template, which can be downloaded from the following link: EHF2026.zip

The Scientific Committee will evaluate all the proposals received.

The working language of the school will be, as in previous editions, English.

 
Important Dates and Submission Procedure

POSTER PROPOSALS

Procedure: Please submit your proposal by attaching the completed poster.tex LaTeX file with your abstract at the following email address  ehf-jll-2026@sciencesconf.org

Submission / Modification / Withdrawal of Proposals: Until December 15, 2025.

Notification of Acceptance: Before January 1, 2026.
